Great restaurant in San Vito lo Capo. Amongst the so many options San Vito lo Capo offers, Rais was one that outstanded theirselves with their tasty menu and amazing wine selection. There are several wine choices from everywhere in Italy, and the prices are fair. We shared the Rocher di Aspargi al Panko as an entree, and it was crispy and delicious. I had La Calamarara si è trufatta and my wife Tagliatta di Tonno. Everything was incredible. For dessert we shared the Cupula Barroca. We also ordered a bottle of wine and the bill was €90. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in San Vito lo Capo and I will definitely return to it when I'm back there.

Top quality and presentation! Kind staff and great wine selection! We were mesmerised by the variety of choice and quality! The fish was delicately cocked to perfection - deserts are beautifully presented and out of the ordinary! Thank you so much Vito!

Ristorante Rais delivers an exceptional dining experience centered around impeccably fresh fish that showcases the best of Sicilian coastal cuisine. The quality of their seafood is outstanding, with each dish reflecting the day’s finest catch prepared with skill and precision. The restaurant’s wine selection by the glass is noteworthy, with excellent white wines that perfectly complement the fresh fish offerings. The service is very attentive, nice and knows everything about the dishes and striking the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth. The modern atmosphere creates an inviting setting where the focus remains squarely on the quality of the food and the excellence of the service. It is a place where fresh ingredients meet skilled preparation, resulting in a memorable meal that captures the essence of San Vito lo Capo’s culinary heritage.

If you're in San Vito Lo Capo and looking for an unforgettable dining experience, Rais is an absolute must-visit. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming – you can really feel the passion the staff has for what they do. But the real star of the show? The food. Every dish was a celebration of Sicilian flavors, beautifully presented and bursting with freshness. The seafood was especially memorable – perfectly cooked, delicately seasoned, and clearly sourced with care. We tried the tuna tartare, black garlic spaghetti, and lollipop swordfish – all were out of this world. Our server recommended a bold, deep, and succulent red wine that elevated the entire meal. Rich in character and beautifully smooth, it paired especially well with the more savory and aromatic dishes, adding an extra layer of depth to the experience. To top it all off, we were offered a complimentary locally-sourced port – a thoughtful and delicious gesture that ended the evening on a perfect note. The ambiance is elegant yet relaxed, with a stylish interior and a lovely outdoor seating area that adds to the charm of this coastal town. Whether you're coming for a romantic dinner or a laid-back evening with friends, Rais strikes the perfect balance between fine dining and true Sicilian hospitality. Our waiter, Antonino, was not only warm and welcoming, but his desire to learn English in order to communicate with his customers was exemplary. 5 stars isn’t enough!

Probably the best sea-food we had in San Vito! The fish was so fresh and high in quality! We ordered the mixed fish starter, the couscous, the baked fish in spinach and saffron sauce, and a Pistachio white chocolate dessert and everything was amazing. The wine is also very nice. Perfect place to end up your trip to San Vito.

Delightful!! Recommended by our hotel (Hermes) and did not disappoint. The staff are attentive and genuinely care that you have the best experience and food. Our favourite restaurant in San Vito Lo Capo!! We had the tataki, roast potatoes, pesto bacon gnocchi and amberjack over bernaise. Beautiful food, perfectly cooked, lovely live music and no issues with communication. Don't miss it!

Nice restaurant, with simple decor, very nice menu (option wise, quality wise) and great service. I particularly liked the “sea couscous”: tasty, generous portion, perfectly (and I mean exceptionally well) cooked prawns. I was not fully convinced by the tuna tataki: the fibers of the tuna were a bit too much. The pork was perfectly cooked too. All in all, a strong recommendation.
